Estate Owner

Thank you for your support and loyalty to Turnbuckle Distilling by becoming an Estate Owner that is subject to the terms and conditions stated below:

 

1. The Plat received is ceremonial and conveys no rights of ownership. It is not divisible from the recorded property and cannot be sold or transferred except as described below. The Plat owned is not recorded in Jefferson County Colorado or at any other governmental entity.

 

2. Turnbuckle Distilling will display a brick, customized to the Estate Owner’s and Turnbuckle Distilling’s mutual agreement, on the Turnbuckle Distilling property. Turnbuckle Distilling will maintain a record and plat map of each Estate Owner’s assigned plat.

 

3. The brick and “Deed” may contain more than one name, however, only one person, designated at the time of purchase, will be entitled to the other benefits of an Estate Owner as enumerated below.

 

4. The rights and benefits extended to an Estate Owner including the brick displayed on the property are for as long as Turnbuckle Distilling owns the current property. In the event the land is sold or transferred, the Estate Owner’s brick will, if reasonably possible, be made available for pick up at the distillery or other designated location, however, the recovery of the brick by the Estate Owner is not guaranteed. If Turnbuckle Distilling opens another location, whether as a replacement of the current property or as an additional property, no rights extend to the new location except as determined by Turnbuckle Distilling.

 

5. An Estate Owner may give, sell, transfer or assign the benefits of being an Estate Owner upon written notice to and subject to the approval of Turnbuckle Distilling and payment of the then current transfer fee. Turnbuckle Distilling will record the name of the person designated to receive the Estate Owner’s benefits. If ownership is transferred, the new owner may request that a new brick be made and the old brick replaced at the new owner’s expense. Such request will be at the sole discretion of Turnbuckle Distilling.

 

6. In addition to the brick and its display, an Estate Owner will receive the following one-time benefits:

• Bottle of Turnbuckle Distilling Estate Edition Bourbon

• Medallion with the Estate Owner’s unique Plat #

• Ceremonial Deed

• $150 discount on Turnbuckle Club initiation fee

• Eight tour vouchers

 

7. The sole designated Estate Owner will receive the following annual benefits:

• Allocation to purchase one bottle of the annual Estate Edition Special Release at the then current price

• Exclusive invitation to an annual Estate Owner’s release party, subject to availability and price

• 10% discount on all bottles, tours and gift store purchases for life. This does not extend to food or beverages or other programs at Turnbuckle Distilling.

• Day pass to private club room for four people.
